Paying for Research Peptides with Crypto

Last updated October 6, 2026

Checkout takes USDC and USDT, plus PYUSD for US buyers. BTC isn't accepted. Crypto is optional: the same checkout offers Apple Pay to US buyers and cash and bank apps through a hosted checkout, and one payment covers an order from any number of vendors. For research use only — not for human consumption.

Coins and networks accepted

CoinNetworkWho can use it
USDC (USD Coin)Solana, or Ethereum mainnet (ERC-20)Every buyer
USDT (Tether)Solana, or Ethereum mainnet (ERC-20)Every buyer
PYUSD (PayPal USD)Solana, sent from the PayPal or Venmo appUS buyers

A payment has to be sent on the network checkout names. The same coin exists on many networks, and a transfer sent on another one doesn't arrive and in most cases can't be recovered.

Holding another coin?

Checkout quotes dollar stablecoins only, so the amount can't move between checkout and the moment the payment arrives. A buyer holding BTC, ETH or SOL swaps it to USDC in a wallet or on an exchange first.

Why some buyers choose crypto

Crypto is offered because it's fast, cheap and self-custodial, not because it's required. Self-custodial means the payment goes from the buyer's own wallet or exchange account to the address shown at checkout, and the payment is detected on-chain. There is no provider fee on a crypto payment; the only cost is the network's own transaction fee.

Apple Pay is offered to US buyers, up to $500 a week. The cash and bank apps go through a hosted checkout whose provider charges its own fee, shown before the buyer confirms. The exact list live at any moment is shown on the checkout page.

How payment works on a marketplace

One payment covers the whole order, even when it ships as separate parcels from several vendors. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Kit prices exclude shipping; each vendor charges its own shipping rate. USDC, USDT and PYUSD are dollar stablecoins, so the amount sent is the order total in dollars.

Frequently asked questions

Which cryptocurrencies does checkout accept?

Checkout takes USDC and USDT, plus PYUSD for US buyers. BTC isn't accepted. USDC and USDT can be sent on Solana or Ethereum mainnet, whichever checkout names. The exact list live at any moment is shown on the checkout page.

Can I pay with Bitcoin?

No. BTC isn't accepted. Checkout quotes dollar stablecoins only, so the amount can't move between checkout and the moment the payment arrives. A buyer holding BTC, ETH or SOL swaps it to USDC in a wallet or on an exchange first.

Do I need crypto to buy research peptides?

No. Checkout also offers Apple Pay to US buyers and cash and bank apps through a hosted checkout. Crypto is offered because it's fast, cheap and self-custodial, not because it's required.

Does one payment cover an order from several vendors?

Yes. One payment covers the whole order. Each vendor ships its own parcel and charges its own shipping rate, so an order from two vendors arrives as two parcels.
