These Terms of Service govern your use of Peptuvia (the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Research Use Only

All products are sold for in-vitro research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. You agree to handle, store, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practice. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

3. Marketplace Model

Peptuvia is a marketplace. We facilitate transactions between you and independent third-party suppliers and laboratories. We do not manufacture, store, or physically handle products. Title and risk pass according to the shipping method you select at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

• Payment is accepted in cryptocurrency only (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC).
• Orders are confirmed once payment is detected on-chain.
• Prices are shown in USD and converted to crypto at checkout.

5. Shipping & Testing

You may choose direct shipping or lab-verified shipping. For lab-verified orders, your package is routed to an independent US laboratory for testing and then forwarded to you. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Quality Issues

If a lab-verified order fails testing (purity below 98% or unconfirmed identity), we will arrange a replacement or full refund. Because products are research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of delivered goods except in the case of a documented quality failure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptuvia is not liable for any misuse of products, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Products are provided “as is” for research purposes.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
