Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Peptuvia (the “Platform”). By accessing the Platform or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Research Use Only

All products are sold for in-vitro research use only and are not for human or animal consumption. You agree to handle, store, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laws and good laboratory practice. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to purchase research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

3. Marketplace Model

Peptuvia is a marketplace. We facilitate transactions between you and independent third-party sources. Peptuvia itself does not manufacture, take title to, or physically handle products; orders are fulfilled and shipped by the sources, many of which ship from their own regional warehouses (US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada). Title and risk pass according to the shipping method you select at checkout.

4. Orders & Payment

• Payment is accepted via Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, Wise and other cash/bank apps (through a third-party payment processor) and in cryptocurrency (USDC, USDT).
• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• Prices are shown in USD.

5. Shipping & Lab Results

Orders are shipped by the source that fills them, from its own warehouse or direct from the manufacturer. Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

We publish every lab result we receive, pass or fail. A certificate of analysis covers only the lot it names, and we don't test every batch. Vendors ship thousands of kits and restock continuously, so there's no guarantee your order will come from the tested lot.

6. Returns & Quality Issues

If an independent lab test of your batch comes back under 99% purity, we reship it free or refund the order — your choice. Because products are research chemicals, we cannot accept returns of delivered goods except in the case of a documented quality failure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptuvia is not liable for any misuse of products, nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Products are provided “as is” for research purposes.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
